Hello One And All!

Good evening.
If you haven't noticed already, the blog is undergoing a little bit of a renovation. That's because we are back! And we're raring to go! Things will be a little topsy-turvy for a week or so whilst we get things started, but after that we'll be back and better than ever!

We've got a new member on the team, Michelle, who is our resident writer, and Brit. So we're a real international team now!

Whilst we're getting things sorted out, if you're a writer and want your stuff reading and reviewing, then give us a shout! Our email is: indie.wripires@gmail.com Whilst we can't promise to read everything we receive (time constraints and all) we'll certainly read as much as we can!

The first interview

it's me Lisa. Emerald and I are currently working on the questions for the first interview. Sadly our schedules are packed at the moment and time zones make it difficult for us to get together and talk.
We hope the Interview will come up this year but we can't make any promises beside the fact that it will come!

Emerald's Greeting

Hello! I am Emerald. The other creator of "Interview with the Indie-Wripires". As Lisa said, there are a lot of under-appreciated authors of Twilight Fanfic. We are hoping to bring light to those authors and provide you with reading entertainment and pleasure. Lisa put it very well, it doesn't matter what kind of story it is, if it's got a great plot line and is well written, something that you're absolutely in love with, let us know. We'd be more than willing to take a peek at it, and who knows, maybe you'll see an interview with that author.

Okay, a little about me:

I am 19 years old. I finished school early. And I have completed a course in Phlebotomy (aka vampirism j/k). Anywho, I live in the capitol of Idaho, USA. I am fairly new to the fandom, but since I have read Twilight, I have become completely obessesed with it. I write fanfic, as well as my own original fic. I have written for as long as I can remember. I am a volunteer with the deaf community, so I do know American Sign Language. In my spare time, I read, read, read...and write as well.

Lisa's Greeting

Hello everyone!
I am Lisa, one of the creators of "Interview with the Indie-Wripires"
before I tell you a little bit more about me I will explain what we do on this Blog.
We that is me and my friend Emerald. We are both big Fans of Twilight and love Fanfiction. But sadly there are a lot of unapreciated Authors of great Twilight FF out there. So Emerald had the Idea that the both of us interview them and introduce them and their stories to a broader audience. We don't know how often we will have Interviewees but we will try to find a rythem that matches both our schedules. If you know a story that is really great but hasn't got the reviews it deserves email us at indie.wripires@gmail.com and we will look at the story and maybe contact the author. What kind of story doesn't matter. We will introduce everything from Fluff to Comedy to Darkfic or Smut!

so now a little bit more about me:

I am a 20 year ols student from Germany. I live in a small town about an hour away from Frankfurt/Main. In my free time I love to read and write but so far I "only" write Fanfiction. I discovered Twilight through a Mangamagazine that I used to read. they had a review that peeked my interest and a few weeks later I found it at the local library. That was shortly before Eclipse came out in the states and I have been obsessed with the Saga ever since.

So now you know a little bit more about me and about what we do. Emerald will introduce herself sometime this week and then the first Interview will soon follow.
